About Us: East Coast Lumber is a full-service professional lumber yard and building supply company located in East Hampstead, NH that has been family owned and operated since 1976. By supplying local builders, remodelers, and homeowners with all their building needs, we have become a preferred supplier of lumber and building materials, kitchen & bath products, builder’s hardware, millwork, and equipment sales, rentals, and service.
General Requirements:
· Always demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer service.
· Must have strong knowledge or experience in project management.
· Communicate verbally and in writing (High School Education or higher).
· Must be able to self-educate and be resourceful.
· Must be organized and detail-oriented, and have strong administrative skills
· Must have good multitasking, delegating, and computer skills.
· Must be able to collaborate with other departments.
· Proper dress, hygiene, and appropriate appearance. (See dress code in employee manual)
· Have a good rapport with customers and co-workers. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the company’s mission and best practices.
· Present a friendly, positive attitude to all customers, co-workers, and management.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare annual and impromptu marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives, incorporating co-op, vendor programs, and input from Purchasing and Managers.
- Create, implement, and manage campaigns.
- Prepare budget and monitor expenses.
- Plan and organize promotional events (i.e., contractor cookouts, retail & fair exhibits, et al.).
- Develop new ideas to help promote and sell products and services.
- Create and/or manage promotional materials, ad collateral, images, and videos.
- Use feedback and market information to adjust campaigns and plans as necessary.
- Support Sales staff by communicating campaigns, promotions, and event details.
- Support Managers and Administration with providing, proofreading, and/or editing content as needed.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Initiate and maintain contact with media reps.
- Community Support Initiatives.
- Cross-company marketing initiatives (closing packets, gift cards, etc.)

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
